  I was a Contracted driver. Customer Requests 1 coil from buffalo ny. Changes request to 2 coils causing 3 hour delay in NY. Customer accepted/ requested product under non-negotiable terms. Company requested 2, 12000 copper coils. Upon on-time, undamaged delivery during appointment. Tony brolls refused second coil, citing they no longer needed it. Notified him of non negotiable terms. Tony Brolls attempted to use intimidation, lied to broker, called police in an effort to scheme his way out of paying for +60,000 copper coil mistake. I requested time to attempt to accommodate his request, although under terms of bill of lading; I was not required to. Asked to stay on site until I could get updated BOL, so that I could legally transport coil elsewhere. During my wait Tony Brolls continued to escalate situation in an attempt to discredit and distress me. Calls security guard who begins to corner me, threaten and attempt to physically body me away from MY equipment and keeps me from securing remainder of load to leave facility. TONY BROLLS and security proceed to lie to officers. An employee that will remain unnamed of company attempts to tell officers unbiased view of situation and is quickly forced into building. At no point was I aggressive or even defensive, stricly buisness oriented attitude. Unfortunately, they same can not be said for this company. The entire situation was recorded, I was on phone with my dispatch, throughout situation. Allowing my company to dispute false claims and lies made by the pair of men.
